The territory of the Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory named after N.Tusi of ANAS located at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level, is surrounded by dense forests on all three sides.
For taking tourists there are one-and two-storey cottages, modern apartments with 1,2 and 3 bedrooms, a large canteen, a small (for 30 people) and a large (for 100 people) conference rooms, telescopes.
Excursions are organized to get acquainted with the Astronomy Museum and telescopes operating in the Observatory.
